Changing Lives - One Session at a Time!

We want to give a huge THANK YOU to 3 Guys and a Wish for choosing our organization to be the beneficiary of the 2024 Hackers & Slackers Charity Golf Outing Fundraiser. They raised an amazing $34,500 for the Quad Cities Autism Center’s Family Grant Program! We are so blessed!!

Do you want to make a difference in a child’s life? The Quad Cities Autism Center (QCAC) is looking for energetic and creative behavior technicians to join our team!

At the QCAC, we use principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to provide one to one therapy to young children diagnosed with autism. Our goal is to help children develop communication, cooperation, social skills, and daily living skills. We strive to make a difference in each child’s and family’s life one skill at a time.

New members of our team receive up to 3 months of one-on-one paid training as they work toward the credential of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Some of our employee benefits include pay increases every 6 months, monthly cash bonuses, 2-weeks of paid vacation, additional PTO/wellness days, 10 paid holidays, and medical insurance. Behavior technicians work weekdays typically from 8am-4pm averaging 37 hours per week. No weekend work required.

Seeking individuals with high energy, strong focus, resilience, and exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Preference given to candidates with prior experience working with children and/or a bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or ABA.
